As we reopen our physical spaces, we’re committed to creating the safest workplace possible, utilizing the highest standards of health and safety protocol. Here’s an overview of our new policies.
Cleaning & Sanitization
All high-traffic areas will be cleaned every hour. Conference rooms and seats will be sanitized between bookings. Our disinfectant is fast-acting, and works after just two minutes of contact.
We’re closing early each evening to allow time for a full clean each night.
We’re doing a rigorous deep cleaning to completely sanitize all surfaces including a UV cold fogging to ensure any hard to reach spaces are covered.
All cleaning products are EPA-registered and meet the criteria for use against the virus that causes COVID-19.
We’ve upgraded air filtration by adding MERV13 filters to our HVAC system, along with individual HEPA Air Purifiers to enclosed rooms.
We’ve added new medical-grade UV-C sanitizers that disinfect personal devices.
Changes to How Our Spaces Operate
We will be limiting the capacity of our spaces to enable social distancing.
Members and guests will now be able to book dedicated working space to ensure safe distance from others. There will be at least six-feet between usable seats.
We will not be serving food during this time. Members can bring their own food and beverages into the space. Coffee and tea will be provided.
Single use cups will be provided for coffee and tea.
Use of our showers and beauty rooms will be temporarily suspended.
Due to space capacity restrictions, guests will only be allowed in booked conference rooms, and not in communal areas.
We will use cashless transactions for any purchases.
Member & Team Commitments
Touchless temperature checks will be administered before entering the space, anyone with a temperature over 100.4 degrees will not be allowed to enter.
Members and team will sign health declarations to affirm they are not experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, nor come in contact with someone who is experiencing symptoms.
Face coverings will be required when entering the space and in all communal areas; masks can only be removed in private enclosed spaces such as phone booths, conference rooms, and pump rooms.
Layout & Signage
Six-foot distance markers will promote proper social distancing.
Cleaning stations—complete with hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, and other disinfectant--will be accessible throughout the location
Signage showing which areas have been sanitized and how to keep our community safe will be placed around the space.
